The Journey Begins
Like many of us, Mahima too, a driven marketing executive, felt like she was constantly battling a storm. Her days were filled with tight deadlines, back-to-back meetings, and a personal life that demanded just as much attention. She often found herself overwhelmed, her mind a whirlwind of tasks, worries, and anxieties. These mindful moments enriched her life, transforming mundane tasks into opportunities for joy and reflection. By being present, Mahima discovered a deeper appreciation for the little things, which often go unnoticed in the hustle and bustle of daily life.
